Product Description
Composition
1 ml of solution contains 3 mg of benzydamine hydrochloride (Benzydamini hydrochloridum).
Excipients: methyl parahydroxybenzoate, hydrogenated castor oil.
Dosage
The medicinal product should be used 2 to 6 times daily, administering 2–4 sprays each time.
Pharmacological Action
Tantum Verde Forte contains the active substance benzydamine, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
Benzydamine exhibits strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and also provides local anaesthetic and antiseptic effects.
Due to excellent local absorption and high concentrations achieved in inflamed tissues, symptoms are rapidly relieved.
The medicinal product is well tolerated and is suitable for the local treatment of inflammatory symptoms.
Indications
For adult patients:
Short-term symptomatic treatment of inflammatory conditions of the oral cavity and pharynx.
This medicinal product is intended for adults only.
Contraindications
Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to benzydamine or any of the excipients.
Adverse Reactions
