Description
Procto-Glyvenol suppositories are intended for the treatment of internal and external hemorrhoids. They act locally to relieve symptoms such as pain, itching, and irritation, while supporting tissue regeneration. The product is intended for adult use.
Active Ingredients
The active substances are tribenoside and lidocaine. Each suppository contains 400 mg tribenoside and 40 mg lidocaine.
Excipients
Fat bases: Witepsol E85 and Witepsol W35.
Dosage and Administration
Use this medicine exactly as described in the patient leaflet or as directed by your physician or pharmacist. In case of doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
Route of Administration: Rectal.
Recommended dose:

1 suppository in the morning and 1 in the evening until acute symptoms subside.

Thereafter, the dose can be reduced to 1 suppository once daily.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Wash hands thoroughly before and after administration.
Pharmacological Action
Procto-Glyvenol suppositories act locally on hemorrhoids, reducing pain, swelling, and itching, while limiting inflammation. The active ingredients protect the vascular endothelium and do not exert systemic effects.

Contraindications
