Acne-Derm Cream is a modern dermatological formulation containing 20% azelaic acid, a compound known for its effective anti-acne and skin-brightening properties, helping to reduce hyperpigmentation associated with acne.

Azelaic acid exhibits antibacterial activity, particularly against Propionibacterium acnes (currently classified as Cutibacterium acnes), which plays a key role in the development of acne vulgaris. It also helps reduce the formation of microcomedones by normalizing keratinization and inhibiting excessive epidermal cornification.
Due to its ability to inhibit tyrosinase and mitochondrial enzymes, azelaic acid effectively reduces the growth and activity of melanocytes, which supports the reduction of skin discoloration and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).
Acne-Derm Cream is suitable for daily skincare in individuals with papulopustular acne of mild to moderate severity.
Indications
Skincare for acne vulgaris and for improving and evening out skin tone.
Directions for Use
Apply twice daily (morning and evening) to clean and dry skin.
Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
Apply directly to areas affected by acne.

Maximum daily dose: a strip of cream 8 cm long (corresponding to approx. 2 g of product).

Individuals with sensitive skin should apply the cream once daily in the evening during the first week.

If skin irritation occurs, reduce frequency to once daily or temporarily discontinue use until symptoms subside.

For acne lesions located on the chest and/or back, do not exceed 10 g of cream per day (maximum half a tube per day).

Avoid sun exposure during treatment and use broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreens, as sunlight may worsen acne and cause recurrent hyperpigmentation.
